Graduate Development Programme
We are currently seeking high-calibre qualified people with potential for development to join our Graduate Development Programme. Our aim is to produce self-starting, business-focused managers of the future who are able to make an early and ongoing contribution to the success of our business. The Graduate Development Programme runs for two years with regular progress reviews. It incorporates:
- A corporate induction with a general overview of the Company to allow you to understand our business and your role within it
- A series of placements within departments designed to give you the maximum hands-on understanding of your business area
- Research projects into the other departments within the Company
- Company training to further enhance your skills
- Regular individual performance appraisals to tailor your development plan
We have opportunities for graduates:
- Who are self-motivated as well as being dedicated team players
- Who are able to communicate ideas and theories effectively
- With the will and drive to succeed in their objectives
- Who are able to prioritise their work and who can meet deadlines
- With a degree in an appropriate discipline for the department in which they wish to work, with a minimum qualification of 2:1
