Compensation
Salary
Salaries are paid on the 15th of every month - two weeks in arrears, two weeks in advance
Bonus Scheme
If you are entitled to a bonus this will be detailed in your offer of employment.
Relocation
A relocation scheme is in place and may be available depending on the circumstances of the individual and the vacancy applied for.
Benefits

Pension Scheme
- The pension scheme is a Money Purchase Scheme.
- Transfers may be possible, and each request is considered on its own merit.
- Employee contributions of 3%, 4% or 5%, the company matches this and adds 1%
- Top Up’s and AVC’s are available
Sharesave Scheme
Minimum of £10 per month, maximum of £250 per month contribution from employee
Give As You Earn
- Allows you to make regular monthly contributions directly from your pay packet, before any tax has been deducted, to a charity of your choice.
- Company pays the administration cost.
Sports & Social Club
We participate in local sporting events such a football and golf and also organise social events, such as Ascot Races, go-kart racing and children's Christmas party.
